Summary: Our grandson had a tournament close by so we choose Element because of location. Very Happy with the hotel. Surprised to see we had a view of New York City, it was beautiful ! The woman at the front desk were incredible with information of the area and so sweet.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful employees. Our connecting flight was cancelled, and our bags were held at the airport, and the front desk staff gave us extra toiletries to make our brief stay more comfortable. Was not happy that the room I reserved was no longer available at check-in, but it wasn't too big of a deal because we were staying less than 12 hours.

Summary: Una was a spectacular concierge. Javier the shuttle driver was cool and laid back. Matt the barteneder has a heavy hand when it came to making the drinks. Definitely recommend this hotel. Harrison station is 1 block away and is a straight shot to the 911 memorial. 25min train ride staring to new york. Perfect for the korn and sod concert we attended.

Summary: Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms were perfect but bed a bit hard for me. Best part of this trip was being next door to train to get to NY or to Prudential Center! Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to get from point A to B. Lots of eateries nearby if needed. I will definitely return to this hotel in future!!

Summary: The food at the location was great. Wonderful bar tenders with great personalities and suggestions. The rooms A/C was great and the bed was firm but very comfortable.
